Do you have an established design system?
List all stakeholders on the project.
Choose one team member to collect and share all feedback. This "feedback champion" will make sure you don't send multiple submissions.
I can't combine your team's feedback into one clear direction when they disagree with each other.
Please reserve time to give feedback right after presentations. This matters because you can share your thoughts while they're still fresh.
